Return Policy

At Grace & Julie, we value customer satisfaction and always strive to offer a safe and seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

How do I return a product?

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the item. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the full order amount within five business days. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Here’s how to make a return:

Send an email to info@graceandjulie.com and specify which products you wish to return.

Wait for confirmation from our customer service team.

Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

Send the package to our warehouse in China at the return address provided by customer service.

Share the tracking number with us via email.

Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note: Return shipments must be sent to our warehouse in China. International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursed.
